Former CTO at CarPrice (real-time used-car auction, $540M valuation, 79 offices across CIS and Japan), Mafin (insurtech marketplace, $5M revenue in year one) and Urent (largest kicksharing in CIS, 6.5M customers, 70k scooters). Co-founded Nicity in New York — an AI-driven relocation engine covering 22k US cities.

At ClearFox owns the product: roadmap, architecture and engineering — still writing the code behind the portal and all 35+ MCP connectors.

Why we built ClearFox

Between us, we've run engineering teams, built products from zero, and managed operations across CIS, USA, Japan, EU and the Middle East. The same pattern showed up everywhere: the data needed to make a good decision is already in the company — scattered across Jira, the CRM, the data warehouse, finance tools and Slack — but nobody can stitch it together fast enough.

Generic AI assistants don't solve this. They don't know your stack, can't access your data, and can't take action. SaaS “AI for business” tools fix the access problem but ship your data to someone else's cloud — a non-starter for most companies that take security seriously.
